10″ WIDE ALUMINUM TRUSS SPECIFICATIONS
10″ Wide Aluminum offers an ideal solutions to booths that exceed 10 feet, although this truss profile and size can be used for smaller aluminum truss booth as well. 10″ wide aluminum truss is extremely durable and lightweight. It is perfect for booths that have longer spans and for finish lines. 10″ wide aluminum truss has a 2″ diameter tube /chord size and thus uses a simple 2″ Tube Connection Insert system consisting of a Nylock nut and bolt connection system. Quick Clips can also be used instead of the nuts and bolts, allowing for a quick and easy set up with no tools. 10” wide or profile truss is made with 2” chords and 1/2” webbing. Custom lengths and junctions can be fabricated quickly to create any design element you could imagine. Our standard library of parts makes for a massive range of designs but we’re never afraid to take on the custom jobs.

CONNECTION SYSTEM
10″ Wide Aluminum Truss uses a 2″ connection system. The 2″ Connection Insert System uses a simple connection pin with a M10 Nylock nut and bolt, and tightened with 17mm wrenches. This insert provides the truss with a durable and reliable connection. The resulting truss structure is a clean and professional looking display. This same connection system is used for our 12″ wide aluminum truss, 18″ wide aluminum truss and 24″ aluminum truss. Don’t hesitate to contact us if you have any questions.
