A/V JOINTS
Make your Aluminum Truss Display Booth or Start/Finish Line rock solid by adding welded A/V Joints.
A/V Joints consist of 1″ x 1″ square tubes welded to the ends of our Aluminum Truss parts. When two lengths of truss are joined, the A/V Joints meet and are locked together with a set of aluminum nuts and bolts, creating a super strong joint capable of holding a greater amount of weight than a standard joint. If your Booth or Gantry requires the need to support multiple monitors, lighting, or any other heavy component, then you should seriously consider adding A/V Joints to your system. A/V Joints are available on our 12“, 18” and 24” Truss sizes. *Please note that pricing below represents one set of A/V Joints on one end of Truss. Two sets of A/V Joints are required for each Truss joint. The image below shows both sets of A/V Joints bolted together.

Truss components are constructed of square, triangular or flat pieces. Exhibit and Display Truss offers three different truss profiles, 10 inch, 12 inch and 6 inch display trusses. All of our truss structures are designed for ease of assembly and available in a number of designs and sizes. Our truss systems are constructed of durable, high-strength aluminum and steel for supporting LCD or plasma screen mounts, banner stands and sign frames, lighting truss displays and other marketing accessories and advertising. 2″ chord truss is fantastic for larger modular aluminum truss systems, perimeter booths, portable archways, finish lines and truss starting lines, lecterns and podiums, and just about anything you can think of. Assembling Truss Exhibits
Our truss display booths are designed to be set up fast and easy. All 12″ Wide Aluminum Truss parts (2″ Chord Diameter) use a 2″ tube connection insert system. The 2″ Tube Connection System fits all 10″, 12″, 18″ and 24″ Inch Wide Truss Parts. All insert spigots made with 6061-T6 (SS) Aluminum. The 2″ chord truss connecting system is a simple insert secured with a M10 Nylock nut and bolt with 17mm wrenches. It is a strong, reliable, and easy to use method of assembly. For a very fast set up without any tools, quick clips can be used instead of the standard nuts and bolts.
